Legamenti saltati, tibie fratturate, ma anche tragici collassi dovuti ad arresti cardiaci come quello di Eriksen. Scene sempre circoscritte al rettangolo verde, mentre raramente si è assistito a qualcosa di simile a quanto accaduto sabato scorso in Germania durante un match di Regionalliga (la quarta serie tedesca) tra Chemnitzer e Chemie Leipzig.
Tra le file degli ospiti era in campo il 24enne attaccante Denis Japel, che nel corso del primo tempo è stato protagonista di uno spaventoso infortunio, che lo ha costretto al ricovero in ospedale. Al 26′ del match il giocatore si è involato sulla fascia sinistra, rincorrendo un pallone molto lungo nel tentativo di non farlo uscire a fondo campo. Operazione riuscita con difficoltà, anche a causa del terreno reso viscido dalla pioggia: Japel ha scaraventato la sfera in fallo laterale, ma poi è finito lui oltre la linea di fondo campo, non riuscendo a fermare la sua corsa. Slittando senza presa dei suoi scarpini sull’asfalto, il calciatore del Chemie Leipzig si è stampato con violenza inaudita contro il muro che era appena oltre la linea di fondo. Un impatto devastante, che ha messo Japel fuori combattimento, facendolo crollare al suolo. Le cure sono state immediate, con un compagno che per primo lo ha messo in posizione laterale per impedire alla lingua di cadere all’indietro e occludere la faringe. Fortunatamente, pur stordito, il 24enne attaccante è stato in grado di rialzarsi e uscire dal campo sulle proprie gambe, venendo poi trasportato in ospedale per accertamenti. Gli esami cui è stato sottoposto hanno dato esito negativo ed è stato dimesso il giorno dopo, ma dovrà stare fermo per un po’ in via precauzionale, come ha comunicato il suo club su Twitter: “Denis sta bene considerando le circostanze, ma riposerà fino a circa la metà della prossima settimana. Ti auguriamo una pronta guarigione: torna presto, Denis!”. Al netto dello spavento per il proprio giocatore, il weekend è stato positivo per il Chemie Leipzig, uscito vincitore dalla trasferta a Chemnitz grazie alla rete segnata da Dannis Mast al 79′. Con questi tre punti la squadra sassone è risalita in classifica nella Regionalliga Nordost: dopo 7 giornate è al sesto posto con 13 punti, 5 lunghezze dietro la capoclassifica, il Berliner AK 07.

L’impatto contro il muro è devastante, tanto che Denis Jäpel si accascia a terra privo di sensi. L’incidente è avvenuto durante la partita del suo Chemie Leipzig contro il Chemnitzer (1-0). Titolare, il giocatore, di 24 anni, si è lanciato contro la palla per evitare che uscisse. Nella corsa Jäpel è scivolato sul pavimento in cemento finendo contro il muro. La botta è stata forte ed è svenuto. Crollato a terra, e subito soccorso dai suoi colleghi, Jäpel ha trovato la forza di rialzarsi e di lasciare il campo da solo. Per lui è stato necessario un giorno di ricovero, prima di tornare a casa. Scongiurato il grave infortunio, il calciatore dovrà soltanto riposare per qualche giorno.

Aetiology of disease caused by external factors.
The cause of a disease is correctly described as the aetiology. Aetiology is ‘that which causes’. Factors which may be involved in disease causation are therefore termed aetiological factors. So the aetiology causes the pathophysiology which in turn generates the clinical features of the disease. Aetiological factors may arise from within the individual, or from the environment the person is exposed to. Factors arising from within are called endogenous; those from the environment are exogenous.
Any factor from the environment which contributes to disease aetiology is exogenous. These factors are also commonly referred to as environmental. This environment includes the one experienced in the uterus, before birth.
